If you are not happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.


Once returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund within 14 days, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition or packaging.

  • Please ensure you enclose a completed returns form with your order (if you do not have one, you can download a returns from here).

  • Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.

  • Returns within the UK should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Please use ROYAL MAIL to do so. For international returns, please use a tracking service such as UPS or DHL.

  • Please make sure that your return has all the relevant information needed, such as your Order number, Name, and the reason for your return.

  • Enclose the completed Returns form with your goods, and return to the address given in your return confirmation email.


  • We are unable to do exchanges on items ordered. Please return your item and then place a new order.


  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.

  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

  • All Items must be in original, resalable condition.

  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.​​

  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service as we are unable to give refunds on lost packages.

  • We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

  • Once you have informed us of your return and we send you a return form, please make sure that the return form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed.



  • For All International Returns, please ensure to use a tracking service that will enable you to track your return. Please note: We are unable to give refunds for lost packages

  • Please also note that additional costs may apply when making an international return.


We require up to 10 business days of receiving the merchandise at the address given. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account. You will receive notification from us once we have actioned a refund.
