DELIVERY POLICY
UK DELIVERY
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Deliveries will arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. We require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery. We do not offer click and collect.
We only ship via a tracked and signed for delivery to ensure safe passage of the item. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day. The overall delivery takes 2 to 4 Working Days. (Please Note This Does Not Include Weekends or Public Holidays)
Once you've placed an order, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email as well an email to let you know when we've dispatched your order.
Please be aware that requests for changing order will not be met. Customers will have to cancel their order and then place a new order.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer Sunday deliveries.

If you are not present to receive and sign for your order then Royal Mail will leave a card with your tracking number, instructing you to pick up your order from your local depo or Post Office.
INTERNATIONAL & EUROPEAN DELIVERY
All orders are shipped from the UK. If your are ordering from an International or European country; Dear God Ltd are in no way involved in the request of any customs charges or taxes when your order reaches your destination country. These charges vary and are responsible to be paid by the recipient.
