If you are not happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.

Once returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund within 14 days, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition or packaging.

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Deliveries will arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. We require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery. We do not offer click and collect. 

​We only ship via a tracked and signed for delivery to ensure safe passage of the item. The delivery up to 4 Working Days. (Please Note This Does Not Include Weekends or Public Holidays) 

Once you've placed an order, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email as well an email to let you know when we've dispatched your order. 

 

INTERNATIONAL & EUROPEAN DELIVERY

All orders are shipped from the UK and takes up to 5 working days for Europe and up to 10 working days for the rest of the World. If your are ordering from an International or European country; Dear God Ltd are in no way involved in the request of any customs charges or taxes when your order reaches your destination country. These charges vary and are responsible to be paid by the recipient.
